The decoration of the hotel was quite charming and cozy, with beautiful artwork and Scandinavian touches that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the common room and kitchen, were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a senior woman, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways and staircases were well-lit and easy to navigate, and there were plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel where I could rest and relax.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more personalized service from the staff. While the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been nice to have someone specifically designated to assist senior guests, such as offering assistance with luggage or providing information on nearby attractions that would be suitable for our age group.

I always choose the same place to stay in Tromso. At my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions. This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, free parking, shared kitchen, and laundry. I'll be back for my holiday.

Auroras Friends provided a clean and well, maintained hostel, with comfortable rooms that were also well, heated. the living room offered stunning views of the city and was a great spot to relax. the location was convenient, just a 15, minute walk from the city center, making it easy to return late after a Northern Lights chase when public transportation was no longer available. the proximity to the city center was also advantageous, with several bus connections, including the airport bus, starting just 150 meters away. the hostel provided free use of a washing machine, and we appreciated the cleanliness, particularly the spotless floors where everyone took off their shoes at the door. the kitchen was well, equipped, and the common area was spacious, providing a comfortable environment to socialize.
